Powerful and decisive like the Sicilian sun, this version of Cabernet Sauvignon lights up with its dense and flawless varietal notes of blackcurrant and plum with seductive hints of green bell pepper, tobacco and mint. Dynamic and elegant, it stands out due to its innate complexity on the nose and irrepressible rich taste. Harmonious and long-lasting.

On the nose: Cabernet Sauvignon lights up with generous and flawless varietal notes of blackcurrant and plum which alternate with precious and characteristic notes of walnut husks, green bell pepper, tobacco and mint, all intense and seductive, distinguished and articulated
On the palate: powerful and decisive with a strong personality, eminently combining elemental characteristics with an increasing softness which renders the wine dynamic and fresh, authoritative with quick-witted and lively tannins

To eat with: excellent with pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragù, rigatoni alla matriciana (bacon, tomato, olive oil and onion sauce), stewed lambs’ offal. Also a winning combination with veal cheeks cooked in the very same wine, sweet-and-sour lamb, shin of pork with sauce. Preferably with matured, hard cheeses.
