Colour: straw yellow with green hue;
On the nose: Elegant and wide bouquet with floral fragrances (gorse, rose) and notes of yellow fruits such as peach, plum and apple; pleasant hints of spice and nuts;
On the palate: Attractively young and flavourful, the palate reveals good balance between freshness and softness. Long and pleasant the aromatic persistence.
Characteristics: New and genuine voice of the grapes of Grillo grown in medium hill. A modern performer, capable of expressing with pleasantness the typicality of this important variety of Sicilian tradition.
Eat with: delightful with raw shrimp and whit grilled bluefish. It blends beautifully with sea urchin spaghetti or even pasta with “pesto trapanese”.
