A wine reminiscent of the sea, La Ferla Inzolia stands out with its pungent and mineral-based taste: a sunny, Mediterranean wine, perfectly created.
Faithful to tradition yet modern and innovative. Pure Inzolia is a decisive, persuasive and perceptive wine. Perfumed on the nose and very regional in character, La Ferla Inzolia stands out with its pungent and mineral-based taste: a sunny, Mediterranean wine, perfectly created, divine with strong-flavoured seafood dishes.
Colour: straw-coloured yellow with green hues
On the nose: initial impressions are of the intense notes of white and yellow pulp, mature, developing into clear notes of acacia, broom and orange blossom. Of note is the mineral content, accentuating the land
On the palate: long-lasting taste due to its flavour and freshness, this version of Inzolia gives substance to its abundant and distinct perfumes, which typify this native Sicilian variety. Mineral in content with an elegant structure which enhances a gift of unparallel freshness
Characteristics: its unique and persuasive mineral content is bound in perfect harmony to the gustatory-olfactory characteristics of apple, pear and (white) peach with the agreeableness of floral notes: a table wine, reminiscent of the sea
To eat with: bearing in mind its mineral content, Inzolia is also suitable as an aperitif to drink with strong-flavoured nibbles. Outstanding with seafood dishes: shell-fish, peppered mussels, sea-urchins and octopus. Also excellent with pasta (with/out seafood). For the second course, Inzolia favours the intensity of the clear-cut and perfumed tastes of fried foods or the delicacy and mildness of scampi and prawns. Glorious with sardine fish-balls.
